What a wonderful product! I have been so happy with this new warm floor. It was such an easy project, insulation, and programming. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If I were to do another remodel project I would be ordering more Heatizon System flooring. It was cheaper than the other brand and included a thermostat. Please see my pictures. My husband is an engineer and did the wiring for the thermostat. We had to install the wiring for the thermostat on the exterior of the wall. There was an obstruction or we could have done the wiring inside the wall. It was all pretty easy. There were numbers to call for help if we had needed it. I highly recommend this product.

This is our first heated bathroom floor. The contractor had no problems with the installation. Programming the thermostat was a bit tedious at first. But then I noticed some extra info in the instructions. An upgraded touchscreen thermostat was available for $45. At first I thought I would not be eligible for the upgrade as the instructions impied that you should get the upgrade before installing the older thermostat (and discarding the original packaging). But I called the vendor and they were very helpful. They gladly sent me the touchscreen version (for $170) and then refunded me $125 when I sent back the older thermostat. Great customer service!

I had to read the installation instructions a few times to make sure I was clear on the installation and testing procedure, however the installation went very smooth. My wife and I installed this before putting down a ceramic tile floor in the kitchen. The system works well. I had a few questions early on before starting the install, which I called the company for tech support. They were very accommodating and answered all of my questions. In fact, the kit I purchased on Amazon did not include enough length of the cable hold down metal strip, so the manufacturer sent me the additional amount I needed at no cost by express shipping. Very happy with the product and my experience.
